These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Victor Santiago (“I”, “me”, or “Victor”), a freelance GoHighLevel Specialist, AI & Workflow Automation Expert, Website Designer, and Social Media Manager operating from the Philippines. By visiting victorsantiago.net, using the chat widget, submitting forms, booking a call, or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

I provide freelance services, including:

• GoHighLevel/Wix Studio funnels, landing pages, and websites

• GoHighLevel AI agents (Conversation AI and Voice AI)

• GoHighLevel AI and Workflow automations

• Social media management and email marketing

• Custom AI Agents, AI and Workflow automations using Zapier, Make, and n8n

All services are delivered on a project or monthly retainer basis as agreed.

2. Acceptance of Services

By booking a strategy call, submitting a form, or signing a proposal, you accept these Terms and Conditions and any additional scope of work we agree upon.

3. Payments and Fees

• One-time build projects require a deposit or full payment before work begins.

• Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are due on the 1st of each month.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

I will provide estimated timelines during the strategy call. Timelines are estimates only and may vary based on your timely feedback and provision of required materials.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables (funnels, websites, AI agents, etc.).

• I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

• I own all tools, templates, and methodologies used to create your project.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.

• Grant necessary access to your accounts (GoHighLevel, Wix Studio, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content or materials you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

My services are provided “as is.” I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption. My total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the specific service in question.

8. No Guarantees

I do not guarantee specific results such as revenue, rankings, or ad performance. Results depend on many factors, including your industry, ad spend, and ongoing management.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. One-time projects may not be terminated once work has begun, except by mutual agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion, and if needed, through arbitration in the Philippines.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of my website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
